At CORE Accounting & Consulting the health and safety of our staff and our clients is our top priority. With the COVID-19 virus having an increasing impact in our community, we want to let you know how our business is addressing this situation.
All in person appointments will require a mask. We prefer the use of zoom for video appointments over in person meetings or a phone meeting for quick questions. Please call ahead and setup an appointment at 208-676-8900.
We have two ways for you to get your tax information to us if you choose not to come into the office. First, our easy to use Secure Document link to send us files and documents online. You can access the portal via our website through the forms page https://www.corecpa.net/
Forms.php or click "send us a file" from the home page footer. Second, we have a Secure physical dropbox in the lobby area in front of our office, that you can drop your paperwork into. Please use a manila envelope if you use the dropbox.
All returns will need the 2020 signed engagement letter and our 2020 two page tax questionnaire. Electronic versions can be found https://www.corecpa.net/
If you send electronically, we prefer documents scanned all together into one or two multiple page PDF formats. If PDF is not possible for you, you may take JPEG pictures, PNG, or other file types which can be sent with a smartphone. We will email or call you if there is anything additional we need.
We are encouraging online video meetings or phone meetings instead of face to face, however, we will begin taking face to face tax appointments starting January 25th. For video meetings we use zoom (https://zoom.us/download). We will send a link to your email address when it is time for your appointment.
Please call us at (208) 676-8900 if you want to schedule a phone appointment in lieu of a live visit. We also have video conferencing capabilities that will interface with your home laptop, tablet or smartphone. Please ask about this option when scheduling your appointment.
To accommodate any concerns our clients and staff may have, we have taken the following additional steps:
We have increased the cleaning and sanitation of our offices.
We have added additional alcohol-based sanitizer around our office.
We informed our staff if anyone is feeling ill (fever or cough), they need to stay home.
During this difficult time, we are committed to serving our clients and staff with care and consideration. We will continue to monitor the situation and take precautionary measures to promote the health and safety of our staff and clients.
Thank you for being a valued client and for your continued trust as we manage through this time together. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please call us at (208) 676-8900 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
